Hi! My name is Guzalia Davis. I am helping people quit smoking in the easiest and most effective way known to this day - with hypnosis. Hypnosis is what I do professionally every day, and I am very good at it! Many of my clients came to me as a last resort after trying everything else, including a few courses of tobacco cessation prescription medications, and hypnosis is the only thing that was able to help them stop smoking for good. With hypnosis, we can eliminate cravings, minimize tobacco withdrawal symptoms, and make the whole process much easier for you. Hypnosis is equally effective for quitting smoking cigarettes, vapor/electronic cigarettes, and chewing tobacco.
At this time, I only offer Zoom appointments. Virtual hypnosis is just as effective as in person. All you need is a computer or smartphone with a camera, a comfortable chair, and make sure that no one will disturb you at the time of your session.
Call for your free phone consultation and see if hypnosis is right for you: 443-484-8884. Keep in mind that I do not accept everyone as my client. Hypnosis may not be effective for people that use recreational drugs or suffer from bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
Lack of commitment, unwillingness to take responsibility for your choices and actions, a habit of making up excuses, and blaming others for your troubles is a sure way to a failure. No amount of hypnosis can fix that.
My program is for you if you are ready to quit smoking, if you are ready to take full responsibility for your success, and you understand the importance of following my instructions and using the techniques I will teach you for a few days or maybe even weeks after our session. Understand that hypnosis is not a magic wand, it cannot force you to stop smoking but it certainly can make it much easier.
A single 2-hour Smoking Cessation appointment - this is the first, and most likely the only appointment you will need. For most people, it is sufficient.
45-minute Booster session. On very rare occasions, someone may need additional help. A stressful event, a breakup, a loss of employment, or having too much alcohol may cause people to start smoking again. Please, do not think that it's a failure! You've been smoking a few times every day for many years, it's easy to slip into the old habit. If that happened to you or you are on the verge of giving in to your old habit, book a booster session as soon as possible, Normally, a smoking cessation program consists of 4 to 6 sessions. This is how I started years ago, and this is how many hypnotists still facilitate their smoking cessation programs. But I've seen my clients quitting smoking after the very first session consistently. I've decreased the number of sessions gradually while gaining more experience and improving my smoking cessation program. Over the years, only a handful of clients needed more than one session. I have chosen not to lock my clients into extensive multi-session agreements, instead, offer a choice of getting a booster session only if needed.
Once you schedule, you will receive a confirmation email with forms for you to fill up and instructions for preparing for your appointment. You do not need to print the forms. Simply type the answers in and email them back. The link to log in for your appointment will be emailed 25 minutes before the appointment. You do not have to set up a Zoom account. Just click on the link and wait for the zoom screen to come up. Zoom app may ask for your permission to use the camera and microphone, just click Yes. If you have a choice, choose a computer over a smartphone for the appointment. Phone tend to run out of power, freeze, lose connection, and fall down at the worst possible moment. You will have a much better experience on the computer and will be able to record your entire appointment,
