Hypnosis is not covered by any insurance. I can provide the receipt for your payment, and you can try to get reimbursed by your insurance provider.

I do not offer refunds.

I require full payment in advance. Your appointment will not be considered booked until you complete the payment. I do not reserve time without securing it with a payment.

If you have scheduled your appointment by phone and received an invoice - you have 24 hours to place the payment. After 24 hours, I will assume that you are no longer interested and will give that time to someone else.

When you purchase my services, I commit to reserving enough time to serve you. That affects how many clients I can take on. For that reason, I do not offer refunds. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time. Regardless of how late you arrive, your appointment will end as scheduled. If you don't show up, you are still charged in full.

In no event shall Our total liability exceed the amount paid by You for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Your use of Our Products or any violation of this Agreement.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on Our website. Your continued use of Our Products after any modifications to the Agreement constitutes Your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the USA.
